TaktraTerms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Taktra, the Telegram assistant described at taktra.khaytai.com. By using Taktra you agree to them.
1. The service
Taktra helps you keep track of tasks and commitments, and can read and manage your Google Calendar if you connect it. Access is by invitation, and each account is tied to one approved Telegram user.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to use.
- Do not use Taktra for anything unlawful, or to try to reach data that is not yours.
- Keep your Telegram account secure. Anyone who controls it can use Taktra as you.
3. AI-generated output
Taktra uses AI models to understand requests and write replies. It can make mistakes, including misunderstanding a time or a request. Check anything important, especially calendar changes. Taktra always asks for confirmation before deleting a calendar event.
4. Your data
You keep ownership of your data. How Taktra handles it is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Availability
Taktra is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time. Reminders and follow-ups are best-effort, so do not rely on Taktra as your only reminder for anything critical.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Taktra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed commitments, arising from your use of the service.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Taktra at any time, revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and ask for your data to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and tell existing users through the Taktra bot.
